Monday September 18, 2023 will be our first PD day! There be no school for students on that day.
Tuesday September 19, 2023 will be the St. Joseph School Annual Open House from 5:30 to 7:30. Please join us as we celebrate another great start to the school year. Come tour the school, see your child's classroom and meet some teachers. We are excited to announce that we will have the following vendors onsite Mega Cone Creamery and Naydo's Potatoes. Our Catholic Women's League will have a booth set up inside the school.
St. Joseph Catholic Elementary School is participating in the Terry Fox School Run! We are so proud to be a part of this Canadian tradition in the fight against cancer. Please support our student’s fundraising efforts and donate today at: https://schools.terryfox.ca/StJosephCESFergus . Our school run will take place on Thursday September 21.
Orange Shirt Day will be recognized on Friday September 29, 2023 at St. Joseph School. Everyone is encouraged to wear their Orange Shirts.

Primary Dismissal ~ To reduce the congestion at the Primary entrance, the following classes will have new dismissal times:
- Mrs. Wilson and Mrs. Lloyd's classes will be dismissed at 3:15pm ~ at the Primary entrance
- Mrs. Harrington and Ms. Ernst's (Kaspar) classes will be dismissed at 3:20pm ~ at the Primary entrance
To reduce the congestion we ask that parents please do NOT congregate by the Primary entrance. Please wait at the bike racks for your student(s).
