Track & Field Board Meet - Tuesday, June 13th
The forecast tomorrow is calling for rain. We will only cancel in the case of a high probability of lightning, which is not in the forecast for tomorrow. This decision will be made the morning of the event. If cancelled, this information would be posted on our board website between 6:00 a.m. and 6:30 a.m. It is up to the parents, participants, and coaches to check the board website by 6:30 for notice of cancellation.
In the case that lightning develops unexpectedly during the day, the plan is that our students will head into St. James through the main doors of the school. Where they will go depends on the time of day that this would occur. The convenors will head into the school first to meet with office staff so that they can direct the coaches and students when they get to the main doors.
