News Items: Christmas Concert, Snack Program Donations, Spirit Wear Pick Up

Good evening, Families!

We are all eagerly looking forward to tomorrow's Christmas Concert on Wednesday, December 21st.  There are two performances, both taking place at the church. The first is at 1:30pm and the other is at 6:30 pm. For the evening performance, we are asking parents to get to the church to secure a spot for themselves and their families. Please keep your children with you until 6:15 pm when they are then welcome back to the school, to be dropped off at their classrooms. After they perform, they will return to their classrooms, where they can be picked up by parents immediately following the concert. Parents and Grandparents are most welcome at either concert. We are strongly encouraging those attending to wear a mask, as we are so close to Christmas and our young performers will likely not be masking while performing. Additionally, if your child is unwell, please do not send them to school for the concert. It is better to miss, than spread illness so close to Christmas Day. Classroom teachers will be sending out a note to parents with suggestions on what to wear/any additional information their class needs ahead of the performances. The Student Nutrition Program will be collecting items for donation at the start of each concert. An item list of what is needed is in the attached photo.  We are so looking forward to an exciting day of Christmas performances!

We also want to remind families that ordered Spirit Wear that items are ready for pick up at the school.

Merry Christmas!
